- 3rd party integrator manufacturing support, supervision, and assessment (processes, skills, schedule),
- Back office technical validations and Issue resolution,
- Support on BoM development and technical drawings if required,
- Cost reduction / industrial initiatives with partners ensuring Quality & Safety level.
- Solution consistency within the region according to Prefab projects and offer
- Process Optimization and Quality Improvement,
- Workload analysis and transfer between factories,
- Support to Prefab’s Engineering, Commissioning, PM, and Quality,
- To ensure that Prefab best practices on manufacturing are being deployment
