Manager III Operations AppStore

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

About 10+ years of overall experience and at least 3+ years in a QA Manager role.

Should have handled team size of 30 to 40 people , with experience in managing leads and managers as reportees.

Strong background in Hardware or software QA processes for Android Applications and/or Android based devices.

Strong people management skills with a proven track record in hiring, developing and retaining high performing QA team consisting of SDETs and QAEs.

Strong QA background with experience in identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results.

Proven track record in identifying and implementing SLA management, Process optimization, Test plan and strategy, Automation projects to remove repetitive tasks.

Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in an agile development environment.

Excellent quality and release management skills

Work with geographically distributed business and development teams.

Solid track record for delivery of high-quality products.
