Project Documentation Specialist

In our Central/Eastern Europe business region which is controlled from Germany our customers include airport operators such as Fraport Munich Athens and Warsaw.

We are looking for a permanent position at the company headquarters in Manheim.

• successfully completed electrical engineering training alternatively drawing or commercial/technical training with a high level of technology affinity or project management assistance
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD (LT or Pro) are required
• Basic knowledge of MS Visio Eplan and/or ECSCAD is desirable
• Solutionoriented and structured thinking and working even under increased stress
• Good communication and organizational skills as a member of a global team
• Very good knowledge of German and English both spoken and written

• Creation and updating of technical documentation and other customerspecific documents
• Interface management between the internal and external departments involved including with customers
• Processing of 2D electrical drawings using AutoCAD / ECSCAD / EPlan
• Preparation of relevant information and representations for the implementation of the documentation
• Jointly responsible for update and change processes
