- Develop an adequate change management approach and tools to satisfy the requirements of and donors.
- Coordinate & monitor donor funded projects (capital investment and technical assistance).
- Manage and implement the new PMD concept 2019-2023, including the required staff changes and recruitment of experts.
- Report at regular intervals on the state of affairs and progress made towards realization of objectives to and selected funding agencies
- Technical assistance to the concerned contractual parties in development of adequate monitoring and reporting arrangements, enabling decision makers to decide on problem oriented and timely solutions at an early stage
- Coordinate and cooperate with all water companies, administrations in governorates and monitor the results of performance-based projects
- On the basis of the annual financial statements and monitoring reports, develop and propose solutions to improve efficiency and services of all operational units
- Actively participate in PMD-internal or external committee works
- Actively promote team work and make optimal use of expertise available within PMD.
- Manage the performance and the professional development of subordinates.
