- Ensure compliance with IOM policies and procedures, ensure economical use of resources and safeguarding of IOM assets and property.
- Develop and prepare quarterly activities trackers of key MER outputs and progress in the implementation of MER activities and achievements to partners, donors, and IOM management, and ensure regular tracking.
- Coordinate closely with the finance focal persons from IOM Missions to provide administrative and project budget activities related guidance regarding with the Global Fund’s rules and regulations. Review the financial transactions of the IOM Missions under the grant to ensure the expenditures are align with the approved grant budget.
- Prepare monthly budget monitoring reports for MER countries and provide highlight information on budget spending to the MER Programme Teams of the IOM Missions and coordinates with finance focal persons for necessary corrections with guidance of Administrative and Finance Officer (Regional PMU),
- Monitor the payment tracker tool to track the payments of MER country teams are happened in timely manner and ensure the correctness of using the accurate budget lines
