Project Assistant

.• Organizing and attending workshops, seminars, field visits, and meetings related to the project as needed in cooperation with the Jordan office staff and local partner.

• Support in implementing the project according to the workplan and monitoring and evaluation plan with close cooperation with the local partner. • Assist local partner when needed with project implementation.

• Liaise with service providers and establish a database for the retailers reached out to. • Prepare cash forecasts for the project activities.

• Follow up with local CSOs on submission of narrative and financial reports, and evaluation reports.

• Monitor Donor visibility guidelines throughout the project.

• Follow up with news on different media platforms relevant to DIGNITY’s mandates and share with colleagues.

• Drafts narrative reports for donors and evaluation reports of various activities (including providing main input on Outcome Harvesting relevant to the local partners).
