- Contribute to the design of projects and results structures, including the preparation of the main projects' documents: strategy notes, annual and rolling workplans, annual management plan and other relevant documents ensuring adherence to ILO policies and guidelines.
- Act as the focal person for the Joint Programme planning and monitoring and other UN coherence planning.
- Responsible together with the Country Coordinator to ensure that the results of the projects at impact, outcome and output levels are progressing according to plan of each project, and in line with the DWCP, ILO’s Programme and Budget, and other national and UN frameworks against which the Office reports results.
- Ensure that learning from the results of projects are communicated and used for learning and adjustment of the projects, and identifying and supporting opportunities for projects to collaborate.
