- The post holder will report to the Country Director, and oversees the implementation of the Plan Jordan CS, ensuring quality and strong implementation of Plan’s work in the field, effective and efficient use of organisational resources, adherence to all relevant Plan policies and procedures and the local laws by field offices under the guiding umbrella of the Plan Jordan CS;
- The PIM will provide strategic, leadership, management and development of the Program Implementation team, in full compliance with local law and Plan values, policies and procedures.
- The PIM directly supervises Project Managers, S/he will provide leadership and management support to the ensure quality implementation of Plan’s projects in the field.
- The PIM will act as the senior representative for Plan International Jordan at governorate levels.
- The PIM will represent the programme implementation team in the Country Leadership Team.
