Job Description

- Coordinating internal team weekly, monthly and other meetings, managing calendars, and taking relevant notes;
- Supporting the scheduling and management of external stakeholder meetings, ensuring appropriate follow-up and storage meeting notes;
- Developing and implementing project templates, and ensuring consistent use across the programme;
- Administering project systems such as Sharepoint, MS Teams and Trello;
- Ensuring appropriate storage and filling in Sharepoint and in office in line with project process and information security protocols;
- Monitoring and oversight of the collection and storage of receipts and financial information in line with the Axiom corporate invoicing process;
- Reviewing of local supplier contracts and monitoring relevant milestones or deadlines;
- Contributing to the programme risk registration, mitigation, and issue logging;
- Contributing to the work planning with the team, management of deliverables in line with the workplan, and reporting in line with deadlines;
