This person will lead the development and execution of an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) business strategy and drive change from said strategy. ESG experience would be nice to have but not required. This person will be interacting with executives often so experience working with executives especially from a change perspective and an executive presence is required.


Summary/ Responsibilities

The Program & Change Management Lead will be responsible for the successful implementation of a large, complex strategic program (both non-technology and technology).

However, expectations of companies are rapidly evolving, requiring increased transparency and strategy on ESG issues management.

This role will structure and lead the strategic effort to develop, operationalize and execute an ESG strategy built on our unique strengths that delivers meaningful and measurable impacts. Clear focus and alignment on our goals across the organization will allow us to effectively prioritize and develop the policies/programs/products needed to execute on the strategy. An integrated plan will ensure the timing and impacts, internally as well as to our clients and communities, are understood, and managed, to fully realize the value of the strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for leading large-scale, complex and highly matrixed project team that spans multiple levels and departments across the enterprise, including global and regional team members
  • Ensure that projects are on track and that project resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.Continuously communicate the project status and ensure alignment with interdependent processes.
  • Able to manage ambiguity and dynamic/shifting priorities.
  • Build and own a strong program/project plan to align the team and organization on the timeline, milestones,
    key deliverables and associated owners; ensure transparency of progress to resolve issues as they arise
  • Ensure best practices are leveraged for execution including deliverables and artifacts across all programs in portfolio and establish project and change best practices and standards with a newly formed ESG team.
  • Build strong relationships with program sponsors, senior stakeholders and PPM and act as a trusted advisor
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional dependencies and issue resolution across key
    stakeholders, including Senior Management
  • Provide coaching and direction to the project team by prioritizing focus areas, defining deliverables and ensuring measurable results. Drive day to day delivery of team priorities, while also maintaining a big-picture strategic perspective.
  • Interact effectively with all levels of the organization; develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Build and own a change management strategy and plan that incorporates artifacts from the ADKAR playbook and drives appropriate adoption


Qualifications/ Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, and change management roles with successful track record of leading large-scale programs over multi-year time frames
  • Bachelor s degree. MS or MBA a strong plus
  • Program management qualifications (e.g., PMP certification)
  • Change Management qualifications (e.g., ADKAR certification)
  • Experience operating within a structured PMO environment and building out new approaches, artifacts, and strategies to improve program implementation
  • Experience with driving large enterprise level programs (requiring large scale change management) and demonstrated strength as an enterprise change agent
  • Experience with regulatory or environmental projects
  • Experience working with global teams

Skills:

  • Knowledge of standard documentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn and adapt effectively to new operational tools
  • Strong communication skills (including written and oral presentation skills) with ability to communicate and adapt communication to all levels of the organization Executives to front line employees
  • Ability to multi-task and partner effectively with different types of stakeholders (Core Insurance, Support Functions and Business Enablement.)
  • Strong networking and influencing skills, especially in terms of navigating FM Global organization to coordinate across a large and varied set of stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly develop understanding of new operating model concepts and drive change
  • Strong attention to detail systematic and strategic thinker who can foresee long term implication and challenges in implementing change through the PMO
  • Willing to challenge the status quo, confident in own ideas while willing/able to take stakeholders perspectives; not deterred by executive opposition.


JD- This role will lead and execute change management across several technology projects (e.g., app realization, sunsetting systems). The ideal candidate is personable and has technology experience but also understands the business side. They should have experience working in agile environments and with ADO. Summary/Responsibilities The Technology Change Management Lead will be responsible for leading change across several technology projects with a focus on driving strategic outcomes and implementing sustainable change. This role requires an out- of-the-box thinker able to operate effectively at all levels of the organization and excited to create tangible value for the company. Responsibilities Include: Establish a strong change approach that has clear ownership and accountabilities; expedites decision making; enables effective communication within and across components; and aligns the team and organization on the timeline, key deliverables, progress, and impediments Orchestrate effective change execution to deliver in alignment with iterative/agile methodologies and address cross-workstream change dependencies and issues Build strong relationships and act as a strategic advisor for workstream leads; lead conversations to define and clarify changes needs and impacted audiences Apply a structured approach to design and execute a change strategy and plan that drives the readiness and adoption required for a program or project Lead change management activities and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan Ensure successful execution of the change management plan, including stakeholder engagement, successful change communication and support for training and development planning Proactively anticipate, identify, track and resolve change risks and issues Ensure Prosci and industry change management best practices are leveraged for execution and standards are utilized throughout the execution lifecycle Continually measure the success of our change adoption efforts, communications strategies and tactics using analytics Develop innovative communications approaches and tactics that will drive audience engagement and adoption-- aligned with corporate and department objectives, brand messages and company standards Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop communications, including email announcements, presentations, articles, talking points, website copy, video scripts, basic video editing, etc. Conduct and execute on research to ensure messages are relevant, accurate and targeted appropriately Create, organize, and update content in our central repository to ensure it is easily accessible Support the buildout and improvement of Project & Change Management standards and practices to ensure better outcomes Qualifications/ Experience: 5+ years of experience in change management roles with successful track record of leading technology change efforts Bachelor s degree.
