- Execute projects and assist Client Development team in relationship management with assigned merchant accounts.
- Provide quality service and promptly correspond with assigned accounts to enhance company’s position and reputation.
- Coordinate deactivation process for non-performing merchant relationships.
- Associate with multiple departments within Card & Retail Services and merchants to ensure smooth wind-down process.
- Support diversity and reflect Company brand through promoting related environment.
- Utilize IEL database, family websites and direct mailing strategies to coordinate dissemination of project/program publications and products.
- Consult teachers on curriculum design, resources and speakers concerning Organization content and pedagogy.
- Represent Organization overview in presentations to educators and community groups.
- Submit accurate and timely information for sales reports.
- Document program activities through weekly summaries of activity in sales database.
- Provide assistance in planning and arrangement of conferences, retreats and meetings.
- Assist in producing program materials.
