- A first university degree as a minimum in a major (industrial engineering or manufacturing and production) or any related discipline.
- At least three years of experience in the field of production operations.
- Overseeing production processes and applying quality standards and procedures in force in the company.
- Working in a team and the ability to manage its people.
- Preparing production reports and working under pressure
- Experience in managing and directing workers.
- Experience in operating and calibrating production lines
- To be a resident of the North.
- Experience in computer software.
