Roles & Responsibilities: Supervision and Coordination: Direct and manage the production team including scheduling assigning tasks and overseeing daily operations to ensure timely completion of printing jobs. Quality Control: Monitor printing processes to guarantee the quality and consistency of printed materials meet client specifications and industry standards. Resource Management: Manage production resources including equipment materials and manpower to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Searching for and identifying the appropriate talents. Workflow Optimization: Implement and maintain efficient workflow processes to enhance productivity reduce production costs and meet deadlines. To strategize the entire production workflow encompassing prepress activities. Collaborating with the sales manager on task assignments and delivery timelines. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to within the production area. Implement and oversee safety protocols and guidelines. Equipment Maintenance and Operation: Coordinate maintenance and repairs for printing equipment to ensure continuous and efficient production processes in absents of operator should know how to operate all equipment. Manage the coordination of maintenance repair and upkeep for all equipment encompassing both printing machines and finishing equipment. Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels of printing supplies and materials coordinating with procurement to maintain adequate stock and minimize production delays. Staff Training and Development: Provide guidance training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and productivity while fostering a positive work environment.
