- Responsible to monitor large-scale farming or an individual farm manager may now be in control of several individual farms covering different areas.
- Monitor farm-related activities such as livestock management or crop management and administrative roles including sales and marketing.
- Manage the farm infrastructure and maintain the farm assets.
- Implement the Financial Budget and the Strategic Plan for the farm.
- Ensure that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets.
- Maintain and monitor the quality of yield, whether livestock or crops.
