Production Administrator

Job Description

• Using SAP to fill data of manufacturing process orders & to create production purchasing requisition.
• Data entry using Microsoft office for production data.
• Archiving and maintaining documents within production
• Follow up the movement of vacations, overtime, and shifts and inserting on system.
• Carry out other duties commensurate with the role, including covering other duties if such a need arises.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in same position.
• Suitable grade of education “University graduate”
• Well knowledge of Microsoft office and computer skills is a must.
• Must have good working knowledge of all aspects of production.
• Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of production and management.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
