Product Owner
Location: Richmond VA/ Norfolk VA /Atlanta GA / Mason OH
Shift: EST/CST
Work Model: Hybrid (Min 23 Days onsite per week from day 01)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a software related discipline.
- A Masters degree in a related field is an added plus
- Experienced in SAFe methodology closely worked with business expertise in building the product road map.
- Ability to do data analysis slice/dice data to come up with insights to determine the product increments / features in road map.
- Experience working in chat bot / conversational AI related projects.
- Genuinely excited about processes have a strong interest in learning and playing with the latest methodologies.
- Experience in Healthcare domain is mandatory.
- Experience in Mobile app Dev experience is mandatory.
- Overall Experience level: 10 years in IT with min 2 years as a Product Owner.
- 3 years of experience working in an Agile team.
- Experienced in SAFe methodology closely worked with business expertise in building the product road map

- Translate business strategy into product strategy
- Defining the vision: The purpose of the product is defined in the product vision.
- Managing the product backlog.
- The primary responsibility of the role of a Product Owner is managing the product backlog.
- Prioritizing and Ordering Items in the Product Backlog: Another area where the product owner focusses on is to prioritize the needs of the stakeholders.
- Overseeing development stages.
- Once we have the basic entities in place vision product backlog and the prioritization the product owner has to make sure that he/she is participating.
- Anticipating client needs. In todays competitive environment it is important for someone in the role of a Product Owner to understand the client/customers needs.
- Manage product profitability and commercial success own the business case.
- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages.
- Support the Scrum team.
- Manage all aspects of inlife products including customer feedback requirements and issues.
