Product Owner

Product Owners are the heart of Technology Product Management. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to many types of technology businesses, as you rotate across project engagements with defined goals resourced with scrum teams, you will be guided to be successful in implementation that satisfies or surpasses its expected business value.

Responsibilities:

1- Project Clarification, requirement gathering, and availability

• Requirement gathering and collaboration with the client
  
• Documenting gathered requirements
  
• Extracting granular, track-able requirement pieces that can be closed within an iteration
  
• Supervising defect reporting and fixing
  
• Updating requirement completion progress in the tracking system
  
• In collaboration with stakeholders defining product goals, product roadmap, and release plans
  

2- Product backlog management

• Managing and taking complete ownership of product backlog and helping with a sprint backlog
  
• Providing a healthy feature/project delivery forecast by involving the team to get an estimation of the backlog
  
• Ensuring well-groomed product backlog for at least two months in advance
  
• Entering requirements into a tracking system (JIRA, TFS, etc.)
  
• Supervising support ticket reporting and handling
  
• Ensuring client responsiveness within 24 hours
  
• Ensuring a good customer representation in the Scrum team
  
• Ensuring quality of Definition of Done according to the clients requirements and organizational standards
  
• Excellent grasp of Agile and Scrum principles and practices
  

3- Project/Task reviews

• Ensure eye for detail (Grammatical, presentation issues, etc.) in task and project reviews
  
• Participation in sprint review meetings and sprint planning. Ensuring minutes of meetings are sent to all the stakeholders and concerned employees
  
• Complete requirements: Reviewing and ensuring that client expectations are met by doing internal UAT s of the stories
  

• Advanced knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies
  
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
