What you will be doing
- Be a subject matter expert – develop deep knowledge of our platform dependencies on other systems and influence our roadmap; act as a trusted adviser for our customers and turn business requirements into feature specifications.
- Collaborate with the Product Owners to ensure the stories are comprehensive and well formed.
- Work closely with the technology architects and leads to convert business requirements into technology solutions.
- Create epics and stories in JIRA for Agile scrum teams. Ensure requirements are fully documented.
- Help identify dependencies working closely with the Project Manager
- Champion our platform drive awareness and accountability to ensure platform capabilities are leveraged across enterprise to build customer experiences.
- A passion for all things digital with an insatiable curiosity to explore the latest trends and technologies.
- Proven experience in dissecting digital landscapes extracting insights and formulating strategies for success.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical jargon into actionable plans for our crossfunctional teams.
- A trailblazing mindset ready to lead and inspire change in the digital realm.
- A team player who works well with diverse group acting as a liaison between technology teams business units & support teams.
- Experience working in large teams with excellent knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies including JIRA & Confluence or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like SAP Commerce Hybris or any comparable platforms or any Web Content Management platforms.
