    Eastnets is a leading player in the B2B fintech industry, and a global provider of compliance and payment solutions for the financial services sector. We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead and build our product marketing function.

    You will be joining Eastnets at an exciting time of growth. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and the execution of marketing strategies to drive product growth and brand recognition.

    The role is hybrid, and we’re recruiting in London, Brussels, Dubai and Jordan.

    Responsibilities:

  • Establish Product Marketing Function: Ownership of the development and implementation of a robust product marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilise insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our products in the market.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales tools and collateral, ensuring alignment with product messaging and market needs.
  • Content Development: Lead the creation of high-quality content including case studies, product sheets, whitepapers, and blog posts that articulate the value proposition of our products.
  • Product Launches and Campaigns: Plan and execute successful product launches and marketing campaigns, measuring and optimising for performance and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and other departments to align strategies and drive cohesive and effective market approaches.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, using this information to refine product strategies and marketing efforts.
  • Analyst Engagement: Own and manage our relationship with leading sector analysts. Nurture relationships and ensure robust and relevant representation in key reports and studies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the regtech, fintech, or banking sectors.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing strategies, including market analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market execution.
