Responsibilities:
Implement brand marketing strategies to achieve sales and market share targets for our specialized medicine brands.
Take charge of driving consumption and top-line sales growth by executing effective marketing strategies.
Lead the development and execution of brand marketing strategies tailored to your assigned brands.
Develop a comprehensive promotional strategy and calendar for each brand, aligning with monthly and customer-specific needs.
Efficiently plan and manage brand budgets in compliance with regulations.
Stay updated on local market influencers, stakeholders, and trends, building and nurturing relationships to enhance brand presence.
Provide essential training to our sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to succeed.
Organize promotional campaigns, events, seminars, and workshops to highlight our products, including the creation of promotional materials.
Prepare insightful sales reports and analyses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to drive data-driven decision-making.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D
Pharmacist License
3-4 years experience in Marketing Oncology and Specialty Medicines
