Product Lead (f/m/x)

Our fundamental belief is that by 2025, every SME will be sustainability-driven at the core. At Mavue, we are building the infrastructure and toolkits to support this development, focusing on the backbone of our economy. We are excited to develop and scale our solution alongside our fantastic team, investors and our early customers.

We are building a sustainability-tech platform that makes sustainability management easy and available for SMEs. An all-in-one sustainability software enables SMEs to analyze, improve and present their journey through simple reporting and sustainability process automation - like an automated sustainability assistant.

In the long term, we see corporate sustainability as the central theme that will continue to evolveand soon go beyond reporting and carbon accounting.

Tasks

You will play a major role in different phases of new ESG product development

• You will be responsible for communicating with different stakeholders including customers, business managers, sustainability experts, and the tech team to make sure the product goals are clear, and the vision is aligned with business objectives
• You will manage the feedback of user engagement to optimize future product development
• You will develop detailed specifications for new ESG product features that are clearly understood by the design & development teams
• You will create a list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives
• You will develop and prioritize initiatives, epics, and user stories aligned with the overall product strategy
• You will improvise the customer journey in their transition toward sustainability

Requirements

• You have already built successful B2B SaaS products before
• You are fluent in BOTH, German and English
• You are passionate to build a product, that strategically engages with companies to report and manage their ESG impacts
• You are very comfortable communicating with different stakeholders
• You take ownership and feel responsible for the product as a whole
• You are only satisfied if the customer is satisfied
• You should also enjoy working with ESG research & Software development teams
• You love to share your thoughts and grow with others
