Product Designer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements and features
• Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs
• Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across products
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system
• Collaborate with marketing teams on design assets and materials
• Participate in usability testing and gather feedback
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers
• Document design processes decisions and guidelines
• Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation and assets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design Fine Arts or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in product design or related roles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD or Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
• Understanding of usercentered design principles
• Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS etc.)
• Experience with user research methodologies
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detailoriented with a focus on quality and consistency
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and design sprints
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities
• Passion for creating meaningful and impactful user experiences
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in design
• Ability to receive and act on constructive feedback effectively
