- Validate UX success through different testing methodologies.
- Set the framework of work and process for the team.
- Guide in developing the DLS that will help in the fast development lifecycle.
- Work with the marketing team in reflecting the brand identity in the online channel with what matches the online guidelines
- Guild in choosing the best navigation and discovery options to help customers find what they want through experimentation and validation processes.
- Build a team and grow and coach a team of UX designers.
