Procurement Executive with Polish

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that all the procurement related activities for Europe assigned are completed with the agreed timelines and accurately.
• Procurement helpdesk (suppliers/buyers).
• Provide support as required to the various Procurement activities in all European locations.
• Proactively highlight deviations if any to the Procurement Team Lead/Manager.
• Responsibilities on the administrative transitional and invoice processing side.

Requirements:

• Strong written & oral communications skills in Polish minimum B2 and English B2
• Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred.
• Good computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
• Prior experience in working with Procurement tools like Ariba/Coupa/SAP SRM and ERPs (SAP Oracle) would be preferred
