Procurement Executive

• Procurement of raw materials and bought out parts for Plastic Molding Rubber and Sheet Metal.
• Generate daily raw material requirements based on consumption.
• Work closely with production planning and inventory control to ensure timely material ordering for production.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors through effective communication and negotiation.
• Generate purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize stockouts.
• Prepare MIS reports and perform regular reconciliation to track material usage and expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the QA team to resolve any development or qualityrelated issues with procured materials.
• Assess and manage supply risks by identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the price and quality of materials purchased.

• Good knowledge of the market and materials used in procurement.
• Ability to understand part drawings.
• Strong knowledge of different types of Sheet Metal Plastic and Rubber Parts.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to work with drawings and PPAP.
• Strong problemsolving skills to effectively resolve procurement challenges.
