Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone email and chat.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for enhancing customer experience.

Requirements

  • HSC and graduate candidates will be considered.
  • Must have 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of stock markets and broking will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work any 9hour shifts between 8 AM to 9 PM.
