Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Strategic Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive work environment and maintain healthy relationships with team members.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work, including documentation, reporting, and quality control checks.
  • Ability to handle escalated client inquiries or concerns effectively, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy.
