Key responsibilities include:

• More than 3 years of working experience in financial technology
  
• Key task to ensure renewal of standard contracts are done in a timely
  
• Responsible to be alert of renewal cycles and prepare renewal packet prior to the
  
• Identify clients who are approached by competitors and escalate to
  
• Possess at least Bachelor s
  
• Experience in Oracle, Salesforce is
  
• Excellent attention to details and good communication
  
• Able to deal with customer s demands
  
• Can solve problems
