Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Private Client department overseeing a team of skilled lawyers and support staff.
  
• Provide strategic direction to ensure the delivery of highquality legal services and exceptional client care.
  
• Handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters demonstrating expertise in areas such as wills trusts probate and estate planning.
  
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture encouraging professional development and continuous learning.
  
• Implement and uphold the firms values and commitment to excellence in legal services.
  

Requirements

• Ideally a minimum 10 years PQE in Private Client law.
  
• Proven management and supervisory experience showcasing leadership skills.
  
• Strong technical expertise in wills trusts probate and estate planning.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
