- Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all finishing-related works at the site as per approved drawings, methods, and safety rules.
- Prepares and assigns resources such as manpower, materials, tools, etc., required for all construction-related works prior to execution.
- Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of a job on time at the site.
- Plans the execution of all construction-related works and coordinates the works with electrical and mechanical groups.
- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications before execution and ensures that all the works are done according to them.
- Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the civil/architecture workgroups at the site.
- Supports the Site Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the civil and architectural groups at the site.
- Directly responsible for the safety of all civil and architectural groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary, and environmental standards.
- Attends regular meetings with a client, and consultant to provide an update on project progress.
- Pre-resolves any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time
- Submits daily site reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, hotels, and administrative mega projects.
