PRINCIPAL ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT ECommerce
Employment Type: Direct Hire Full Time Role

What impact you will make
Our client is looking for an exceptional Principal eCommerce Enterprise Architect with expertise in largescale eCommerce and Web Content management. To deliver global reusable brillance using cuttingedge frontend frameworks and robust and scalable microservices & platforms! The Principal Enterprise Architect will be a key member of Enterprise Architecture organization and will be required to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders across our client’s Digital and Technology and the Business Divisions. You will contribute to the innovation and transformation of our client’s application architecture with a specific focus on Data Architecture and AI from an infrastructure application and process standpoint. You will be responsible for helping define standards evaluate products to meet business needs and defining the standards and best practices for each business use case that can reduce time to market for business units.
What you will be doing
• Entperise Architecture: Provide expertise and leadership in ecommerce enterprise architecture Advocate and define architecture for eCommerce & CMS within a Microservicesbased APIfirst Cloudnative and Headless framework
• Technology Evaluation Strategy: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define the organization's technology evaluation strategy. Identify the most suitable products tools and solutions to meet business requirements.
• Product Assessment: Lead the comprehensive evaluation of technology products considering factors such as functionality scalability compatibility security and cost1effectiveness.
• Architecture Integration: Design and develop architecture strategies for integrating evaluated products into the existing technology landscape. Ensure seamless interoperability and alignment with existing systems.
• Standards and Best Practices: Establish technology standards best practices and guidelines for product evaluations and integration. • Vendor Relationships: Build and manage relationships with technology vendors. Stay updated on vendor roadmaps product offerings and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers technical specialists and business stakeholders to gather requirements assess technology needs and provide recommendations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with new technology integration. Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and security of integrated systems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of product evaluations integration approaches and architectural decisions. Share knowledge with relevant teams.
• Innovation Tracking: Stay informed about technological advancements trends and industry developments. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the technology landscape. • Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at industry events conferences and seminars to showcase technological expertise and thought leadership.
What skills do you need to be successful
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in evaluating technology products tools and solutions for various business domains.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess technical and functional aspects of products.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. • Familiarity with cloud platforms data management and security considerations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF AWS/Azure/GCP certifications) will be advantageous

- Minimum 5 years experience in software development specializing in architecting solutions for customer facing web applications
- Experience implementing APIfirst headless architecture within the eCommerce and digital web content sites
- Experience working with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms working on autoscaling global deployments of large volume traffic web applications
• Proficiency in evaluating technology products tools and solutions for various business domains.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess technical and functional aspects of products.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. • Familiarity with cloud platforms data management and security considerations.
