Hire technical resources with relevant skill sets in Groovy Java and Python and functional resources with experience in Pricing implementation. Take them through a structured series of onboarding and upskilling activities for deployment on future projects as Business Analyst and Configuration/ Integration Engineer.
Projects require understanding of the Pricing Promotions and Discount lifecycle expertise with the tool prior functional experience in systems diagnostic design and implementation projects; these skills are not available within other teams and are not replicable quickly once built thereby limiting opportunities for crossstaffing
