employ a salesdriven and customeroriented Pre Sales Specialist to prepare proposals (Arabic and English) in response to customer RFP or tender bid in coordination with respective region s sales manager and as per the directions of OA division manager.
Internal followup with finance and logistics/Warehouse for smooth items deliveries to customer as per approved sales order. ABM Co.
account registration and followup on corporate customer supplier portals as a vendor to supply OA product range and solutions. Record keeping of sales related documents.
Generating on demand reports and keeping track of maintenance contract expiry date and inform respective region s sales team to take contract renewal action accordingly.
Requirements
- 45 years Proven Sales Coordination/ Pre Sales experience.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Management Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Strong bilingual communication skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience on MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Preferred working experience on SAP C4C(Sales CRM) and SD reporting.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
4-5 years Proven Sales Coordination/ Pre Sales experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Strong bilingual communication skills. Strong knowledge and experience on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Preferred working experience on SAP C4C(Sales CRM) and SD reporting.
