This position will manage brand PR activities to produce compelling and intuitive communication solutions and results. This position will support the team in the development of PR strategies and act as the day-to-day lead on various projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Daily management of a web-based platform, including:
- Checking received platform consumer queries (English & Arabic)
- Actioning responses (English & Arabic) in alignment with key internal stakeholders
- Working within response SLAs
- Maintaining & updating Q&A database
