- Provide policy guidance, technical support and quality assurance to Country Office in all elements of their Country Programme cycles. By doing so supporting the Planning team in ensuring all COs have up to date CPD guidance documents, adequate roadmaps (and monitor these), support Strategic Moments of Reflection, support coordination of Regional Office feedback to Country Offices on their programme rationale, and CPDs.
- Provide support to Country and Regional Office on results defining and indicator setting as per global standards and the Results Based Management (RBM) principles, monitoring and reporting, in so leading efforts on UNICEFs Results Assessment Module (RAM) technical support and quality assurance.
- Provide technical support to Country Offices during their Mid-year and Annual Reporting requirements.
