Job Description:
- Prepare integrated master schedule for Project between different contractors.
- Preparing Planning package during tendering phase.
- Resource planning and management.
- Prepare expected cash flow regarding project schedule and remaining work.
- Updating and monitoring the progress of the project.
- Preparing Revised and Recovery Plans during execution phase.
- Reviewing schedule updates & offering proactive actions.
- Issuing Monthly, quarter and annual reports to Top Management.
- Review and study for Delay Analysis.
Job Requirements
Job requirements :
- Minimum 6 years experience / Maximum 8 years .
- Previous work in real estate is preferable
- Main contractor experience is acceptable
- Project management study or post graduate studies in the same scope
