- Develop action plans to achieve Planning KPIs and financial commitment
- Manage, control and report Planning KPIs as specified timing within factory and to region/HQs
- Communicate immediately and openly for any deviation (positive or negative) for achieving KPIs
- Proactively support and contribute to Factory KPIs achievement & Projects execution
2.Planning and Logistics Department Management - Develop and organize Planning team and infrastructure to fulfill factory requirements.
