Seeking a customer service driven Planner / Scheduler for a great manufacturer near Rockingham NC. In this role you will be responsible for managing customer orders through out the facility making sure deliveries are on time and utilizing MRP systems to extract data for review and report creation along with managing orders in the system.
To be successful in this role:
3 years experience in customer service production planning and scheduling.
A minimum AS degree and BS strongly preferred; will consider experience and education combined.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision and have experience with MRP systems
Basic experience in Project management and lean experience desired
Proficiently with MS Office Work Excel along with order entry experience
Management of receiving orders and ensure documentation is complete (pricing drawings etc) and change orders through engineering process approval process.
Must be able to resolve issues with in operations including production engineering and planning while providing customer support.
Manager warranty issues and post sales and conduct metric based reporting and develop action plans for corrective action.
Make sure pricing is in line with quotation and change orders while documenting in the system.
ISO 9001 QMS compliant environment experience preferred.
Collaborate and work crossfunctionally with production planning engineering and other departments.
Customer service focused and driven preferred.
