Tasks

The Role:

We are looking for a strong Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x) to join our in-house Music team. Reporting to the General Manager / Head of Music, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing project marketing plans and successfully driving online customer acquisition growth in the music and/or entertainment and media sector.

The role is a blend of hands-on and strategic with a key emphasis on creative paid socialcampaigns and requires previous experience in creating and managing project marketing plans that are optimised to hit key digital targets and campaign goals.

What you will be building with us:

Develop, implement and manage ongoing overall marketing campaigns for in-house releases to grow our internal playlists and channels.

Coordinate and manage campaign set up and development across all platforms.

Map out and implement overall creative timeline and content calendar per project.

Briefing the Editor / Post Production leads on ad creatives.

Oversee the daily management of advertising budgets and advise on budget changes and splits.

Work with the team to ensure ongoing flow of creative and compelling social content to continue audience growth.

Leading on Spotify & DSP playlisting and promotional outreach to editorial & programming teams and video partners.

Research and outreach to appropriate online influencers and playlisters per project.

Coordinate with artist team on tactics to build and engage digital audiences across channels, driving overall growth and engagement for ongoing content elements.

Regular, concise reporting of campaign performance to key stakeholders.

Tracking promotional and streaming outreach results.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Production and Social teams.

Requirements

What you add to our Team:

2+ years experience within music media, management, record label marketing, or related.

Experience working with DSP / streaming services teams, third party playlisters, brand marketers and influencers.

Familiarity & experience with digital marketing & tracking tools:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager

YouTube / Google advertising

Shortlink, pre-save, remarketing tools such as ToneDen, Feature. fm, Linktree

Youtube & Google metrics, Spotify, BuzzAngle, Chartmetric commercial & streaming reporting

Artist dashboard suites and pitching tools e.g. Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Submit Hub

Project management tools such as Asana or similar

Innate understanding of social and digital channels

Compelling and creative online voice

Bonus skills:

Graphic design experience in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop

Audio / video editing experience podcast, basic video editing, etc
