We are a leading talent acquisition consultancy that partners with highgrowth companies around the world to help them build and optimize their talent pipelines. Our clients include companies like Wolt Kayak TIER Grover and Solarisbank and were looking for a talented and driven Performance Marketeer for one of our clients.

As a Performance Marketeer you will be responsible for creating and executing advertising and social media campaigns to support the recruitment of associates and support associate roles. You will be expected to switch on and optimize online highvolume campaigns as well as track and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Tasks

• Create and execute advertising and social media campaigns to support recruitment efforts
• Write compelling content for career sites blogs LinkedIn posts and other marketing channels
• Optimize online campaigns to drive maximum ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and make datadriven decisions to improve results
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals
• Manage Stakeholders
• Stay uptodate on the latest marketing trends and technologies and apply them to improve campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Public Relations Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing type of role (with social media campaign/paid search experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English nativelike.
• Good content writing skills for career sites blogs LinkedIn posts etc.
• Knowledge about how to switch on and optimize online campaigns
• Experience with social media advertising paid search and online campaign optimization
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Experience in delivering information to and dealing with stakeholders
