Were actively seeking a Remote PeopleSoft FMS ActivityBased Management Specialist to join our team. In this role youll be responsible for configuring and managing the Financial Management System (FMS) module within PeopleSoft with a specific focus on ActivityBased Management (ABM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the PeopleSoft FMS module to support ActivityBased Management (ABM) processes including cost analysis activity costing and performance measurement all while working remotely.

• Collaborate remotely with stakeholders to understand ABM requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows within the PeopleSoft environment.

• Develop and implement ABM strategies and policies remotely to enhance cost transparency resource utilization and decisionmaking.

• Design and deploy ABM reports dashboards and analytics remotely to provide actionable insights into cost drivers and performance metrics.

• Customize and extend standard PeopleSoft FMS functionalities remotely to meet specific ABM needs and industry standards.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the FMS module through remote audits and reconciliation checks adhering to remote data security protocols.

• Provide remote training and support to endusers on ABM processes system functionality and best practices.

• Stay updated on the latest features enhancements and patches related to PeopleSoft FMS and ABM leveraging remote learning resources.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in PeopleSoft applications with a focus on the Financial Management System (FMS) module and ActivityBased Management (ABM) demonstrated through remote work experience.

• Strong understanding of ABM principles cost allocation methodologies and performance measurement techniques with remote collaboration skills.

• Handson experience in configuring and managing the PeopleSoft FMS module remotely including setup configuration and customization for ABM purposes.

• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards related to ABM with the ability to apply them remotely.

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret ABM data remotely and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives remotely in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field.
