Position: PeopleSoft Consultant

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical guidance and assistance for PeopleSoft applications encompassing troubleshooting maintenance and upgrades.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to collect and assess requirements and then transform them into practical technical solutions.
• Create validate execute and deploy customizations improvements and integrations within the PeopleSoft environment.
• Finetune and optimize PeopleSoft modules to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Execute system administration duties including managing user access configuring security settings and setting up environments.
• Produce and manage documentation covering technical specifications testing strategies and user manuals.
• Engage in project planning estimation and resource management tasks.
• Remain updated on PeopleSoft technology advancements industry trends and best practices.
• Provide necessary training and assistance to end users as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools and methodologies.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with the ability to grasp intricate business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Bring experience with PeopleSoft upgrades patches and maintenance activities.
• Have a solid understanding of PeopleSoft security principles and best practices.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic work environment.
• Any relevant PeopleSoft certifications (e.g. PeopleSoft Certified Developer) would be advantageous.
