iTi is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team!

You would enjoy the opportunity to:

  • Manage incoming inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

  • Support daily HR functions.

  • Assists with offering letters, conducting background checks, and processing new hires for all employees.

  • Recruit (full-cycle) the best talent for iTi.

  • Build, maintain, and promote relationships with team members and peers across departments ensuring effective coordination of HR communications and HR services affecting our employees.

  • Develops orientation, onboarding, meet and greets, new employee news, etc. for Corporate new hires and existing employees


Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

  • Strong internal customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to work in an environment with ambiguity

  • Must be flexible

  • 1-3 years of HR/People Operations experience

  • Experience with supporting the implementation of organizational projects, trainings, policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)

  • Experience with Zoho Recruit is preferred, not required

  • Bilingual a plus
