- Assist to develop a detailed capacity building plan for the project partner aligned with the project’s priorities. The capacity building plan will include a focus on: community mobilization using Mercy Corps CATALYZE approach, negotiation and mediation, advocacy, awareness raising, access to justice (including legal counselling and case management), human rights and fundamental freedoms, conflict analysis, conflict early warning and response, consensus building, social cohesion, dialogue, protection mainstreaming
- Adapt capacity building materials for the above mentioned focus areas as necessary to suit the context in specific locations targeted by the project.
