This is a remote position.
Cloud Solution Administrator (Infrastructure / Data Center / AWS)
Note: This is a full-time, W-2 role paying up to $130,000 yearly plus opportunity for 10% bonus and benefits. This position is working REMOTE but must travel to King of Prussia, PA. No C2C, 3rd party or H-1B currently. We appreciate all our applicants, but we are not able to sponsor currently.
A Cloud Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the cloud infrastructure services and servers in mixed software environments. They lead and oversee a multi-user computing environment to meet the needs of the organization. The administrator must have strong technical knowledge of virtual machines, writing code, and software as a service. Their duties include developing and configuring systems, setting up public or private clouds, balancing workloads, and monitoring and altering systems according to established methodology.
Requirements
Manager Notes:
- This is a REMOTE role but must travel to King of Prussia, PA occasionally.
- Candidate should be educated with a Bachelor s in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, and/or Business, or equivalent work experience and 5+ years experience in a System Administration type role with emphasis on AWS Cloud Solutions
- You will impress us if you have an AWS Cloud Certification
- Candidate MUST HAVE on-premises data center experience (must have)
- He / she MUST have System Documentation AND Presentation Skills (must have)
- Candidate should have a technical background in network operations / virtual server operations / data center operations / server builds / backups / restores to include Windows o/s, Linux, Red Hat, VMWare, and Active Directory management
- He / she should have solid working knowledge of current cloud technologies, including Cloud Hosting integration experience, preferably in AWS.
