- 10 years of professional experience in preparation and/ or management of PBC based contracts in the water sector,
- Experience in design and implementation of Energy Efficiency/ NRW projects
- Experience in operations of water supply/ wastewater systems would be an advantage
- Experience in customer management systems would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge related to the provision of public services (based on in-depth professional experience in this field).
- Excellent knowledge on internationally applied PBC models.
- Experience in management of donor funded projects is an advantage
