- Partner with the Payroll Operation Team to ensure all appropriate payroll taxes are correctly set up in employee master file (local tax, state tax reciprocity, tax location) for both US and Canada.
- Balance quarter tax filings with the payroll service provider UltiPro.
- Assist in preparing amended tax returns for both US and Canada.
- Assist in preparing amended annual returns such as T4 and W-2 corrections.
- Support year-end tax related processes such as W-2 balancing and auditing.
- Assist in preparing various employer business tax returns such as Nevada Business Tax and state and provincial workers compensation returns.
- Partner with Stock Administration to ensure all stock and ESPP transactions are being taxed accurately.
