• Manage monthly payroll process and prepare S.S, Tax, Deductions, Employees Promotions calculations and Pay-slips issuance.
• Manage final settlement process by calculating the end of service amounts and preparing the supporting documents.
• Manage Social Security and all government programs additions and cancellations.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee’s salaries inquiries.
• Manage the tax clearance process by issuing AR/3 and following up with employees to ensure tax clearance is completed on yearly basis.
• Reconcile monthly Social Security amount to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Handle work injuries process with social security.
• Follow up on Medical Insurance yearly contract renewal.
• Manage Medical Insurance additions and cancellations.
• Resolve any medical insurance issues reported by employees.
• Provide reports for Payroll, Medical Insurance, Final Settlements and Social Security upon request.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
