Job Description

- Monitoring all deposits (Banks, E-Banking, E-Wallets, Cards, Exchange Houses)
- Monitoring all withdrawals requests (Banks, E-Banking, E-Wallets, Cards, Exchange Houses)
- Monitoring indemnification requests after necessary approvals.
- Monitoring urgent Credits to ensure protections of client’s margin after necessary approvals.
- Assisting clients with major queries and requests related to payments and account transactions.
- Handling client's complaints in a professional manner, follow up with the concerned department or PSPs if necessary and assure an audit or escalation to completion.
- Report technical issues and pursue to completion.
- Preparing necessary handovers for the morning shifts, including withdrawal batches, Equiti Master Card Applications, Tickets, and any issue that will need their action/assist with teams workload.
- Assist with the preparation of the daily payment reconciliation report between our systems to ensure there is no misappropriation
