- Processing all deposits transactions through various systems (Banks, E-Banking, E-Wallets, Cards, other PSPs).
- Processing all withdrawals transactions through various systems (Banks, E-Banking, E-Wallets, Cards, other PSPs).
- Processing other transactions including (adjustments, indemnifications, and credits).
- Assisting and responding to client’s payment related queries over the phone and through emails (Zendesk)
- Liaising with the Sales team to provide clients with the best payment solution available.
- Able to provide adequate information about the available Payment Providers and solutions.
- Provide the clients guidance on how to use client’s portal to deposit, withdraw or do an internal transfer between account
- Compliance, Risk, and fraud checks - carrying out various identification checks to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations
